Shipping and Delivery Terms
At Cindee’s Vegan Treats, we strive to ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and on time. Please read the following shipping and delivery terms carefully:
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that custom or large orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery Method
We offer local delivery, shipping, or both for most orders. Delivery is available to the Charlotte Metro area. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery typically takes between 1 and 4 business days. We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of your order. Additional shipping options, including expedited shipping, may be available at an extra cost. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
5. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. We use insulated packaging materials to maintain the quality and safety of your baked goods during transit.
6. Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that the contact information provided at checkout is accurate.
7. Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, delayed, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us via email at cindeesvegantreats@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or refunded within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed. Refunds will not be issued for perishable goods that have been shipped or delivered.
10. Weather Conditions
During extreme weather conditions (e.g., heat waves or storms), we may delay or reschedule deliveries to ensure the safety and quality of your order.
