Catering Terms & Conditions – Cindy’s Vegan Treats

Ordering & Payment

  • Order Notice: A minimum of 3-7 days' notice is required for all catering orders. 2-4 weeks’ notice is required for weddings or large event catering orders.

  • Minimum Order: A minimum of 24 products must be ordered per catering request.

  • Payment: Full payment is required before an order is processed for delivery or pickup.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) will be processed the following business day.

Delivery, Pick-Up & Shipping

  • Pick-Up: Available only in the Charlotte Metro area.

  • Shipping: Available for select items. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier processing times.

  • Delivery Responsibility: Once the order is shipped or picked up, Cindy’s Vegan Treats is not responsible for delays due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, all food sales are final and cannot be returned.

  • Refund Policy: If your order is not received, we will offer a full refund.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee.

Food Safety & Allergen Notice

  • Gluten-Free Statement: While all ingredients used in our baked goods are gluten-free & vegan, our products are made in a facility where gluten-containing foods were previously present. We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment.

  • Allergen Disclaimer: Our products may contain or come in contact with soy, and other allergens. Please notify us of any allergies before placing an order.

Order Confirmation & Agreement

  • A small contract form will be emailed to confirm your order, which must be signed before processing begins.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
